THESE APARTEMNENTS WERE NOT ALL WHAT THEY WERE CRAKED UP TO BE. I STAYED THERE FOR A YEAR, HAD FOUR ROOMATES, AND WE ALL SPENT 340 EACH A MONTH.. I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THAT TILL I MOVED IN. WE ALL WERE COMPLETE STRANGERS, AND IT WAS THE WORST YEAR! IT WAS SO WONDERFUL AND QUIET WHEN I FIRST WENT OUT TO LOOK AT IT, THEN WHEN I MOVED IN, THATS WHEN IT GOT OUT OF CONTROL. EVERY NIGHT, PARTIES. HUGE FIGHTS. ETC. ETC. JUST CRAZY! YOU'D BE BETTER OFF GETTING UP WITH A FRIEND, AND SPLITTING RENT AT A MUCH NICER NEIGHBORHOOD AND MUCH LESS RENT, AND ROOMATES!

well thats obvious that its incredibly quiet when you go to look at it.. no one really throws parties during the day.. and it is a college neighborhood next to major colleges so you should expect parties especially in a neighborhood of that size.. also.. why would you EVER room with three people that you do not know at all until the day you move in.. make some friends.. or rent by yourself.

seriously. I agree wit the above post. you should have know that. it's in a college town. trailwood and lineberry. and there's plenty of other places around the same price where you wouldn't have to room with 3 people...
