I've lived in UWoods for a couple of months, and I already hate it. The management in the office was a problem from the very beginning. They were snide, bitchy, and generally unwilling to help. They blamed me for signing the wrong lease that they printed up.

I feel unsafe in the apartment complex itself. Security is a joke, wanting only to catch underage drinking, instead of preventing the two assaults that happened the floor above me one weekend. Instead of fining the buffoons below us, where I can actually hear the words in the song, they gave us a fee for leaving garbage on the deck while it was raining.

Overall, I feel that living here has been a waste of money, and my grades have suffered for the inability to study. The office and the police are reluctant to have any part in making this a safe environment, as well as an adequate one for academic progress.
