Really loud and not very safe. The complex is gated (usually is shut, but not all the time) and is in a very sketchy part of town. Management never takes action about claims. Moved in paying for amenities that were not available until at least 4 months of living there (ie: gate working, pool working, club house open, etc.) Trash around buildings was a problem as well as lighting in the buildings. Rent was reasonable and the furnishings were decent.

Management always took care of my concerns/complaints, but that was because I always made it a point to let them know. Maybe instead of writing online about it you should've handled it with them. just a suggestion.
