The place was pretty cool when I moved in... Then i found out about all the break in's. My neighbor's dirt bikes were stolen right out of the back of his pick up truck and were chained in. When I called the city to find out about crime (AFTER I MOVED IN) they told me that there was break-ins on the property and that it was a high crime area.

My girlfriends car was keyed and there were lots of cars in the parking lot that were egged and management wouldnt do anyrhing about it.

O ya, and not to mention there was a SHOOTING on the property on New Years Eve.

Ok- So theres gates and cameras but 1/2 of them are dummy cameras and the gate stays open a full minute after someone enters. At night the basketball courts are full of the neighboring trailor trash kids playing and making noise til the wee hours of the night.

When it all boils down, the place is cheep. It doesnt cost much, but when u think about being matched with roommates that they stick you with and dont warn you about even if there 45 year old man who likes little college girls... its not your choice who they make you live with. its cheep because they cant get people to move there.

If you care about your safety...DONT MOVE HERE! I used to live at University House and I'll be moving back there when my lease ends!!!!!

O ya, and the staff has changed so much they tell you things and say "we dont make oral agreements" so ya you get the picture!

i had awesome roommate matches when i moved in! did you ever possibly stop and think that the 45 yr old man living with a college chick just might possibly be a father and his daughter? they do allow families, ya know? and what shooting was on the property? and breakins? does anybody have any proof to back that up?
