I have been living here for about 4 months and like it a lot. I would recommend this property to college students due to the location of being so close to NCSU and the price being very reasonable for what you get. You even get a free membership to Beyond Fitness! The management is very nice and the clubhouse is also very nice. Great place to live!!!
