When I first moved in, I loved the place. Brand new apartments, cheap rent, great amneties. The location is also close to NCSU, downtown, and I-40. However, after I moved in, I started discovering the bad side of this complex. It is poorly located adjacent to an unsafe neighborhood. I have heard of many breakins in the complex. Even worse, the basketball court and the club house are often occupied by non-residents living adjacent to the complex. I have been living here for 9 months and was never able to use the basketball court!! Add to that, the frequent very noisy gatherings of non-residents in the parking lot with their noisy music at 1 a.m. in the middle of the week. And yes, there was a shooting on new year's eve. The management have been promising that they will provide a security officer to prevent non-residents from entering, but we've been waiting for months.

There are no records of any shooting, trespassing or breakins so what are you talking about? How can you back up your accusations?

At that time (2005) I attended a party and a guy pulled a gun after I had left. Not sure if he fired but if he did it was at the wall. My friend just finished with the court case for the incident this past year.
