Seriously reconsider if you are thinking about living here. The parking is miserable, I know you're thinking "it can't be that bad", it is. There are literally 5-10 visitor spots for the ENTIRE complex, which means that there are times when residents can't even get a spot, prepare to hike in from the "Future Resident" spots at the front of the complex if they're not already taken. The apartments are poorly constructed with thin walls, prepare to be able to know everything that is going on with all your neighbors, all the parties, even when they're just watching TV or talking. And the security deposit, drive to Vegas and put it on red, it'll be a lot more exciting. I think Village Green is constantly looking for reasons to take your deposit, and good luck getting it back if you are able to make a good argument, the "corporate office" is located in Florida which means that there is an easy excuse for management to encounter trouble. The place is poorly managed from a customer service standpoint and it appears that revenue is the only goal. Good luck getting any responses from the corporate office by the way, messages and letters go un-returned, I think that they hope you will forget about whatever the issue is and go away, or maybe there isn't a corporate office' Predatory towing of legitimate residents, check. No parking available, check. Withholding security deposit, check. Loud neighbors, check. Seriously reconsider living here, there are many other apartments in Raleigh that are located near campus and you don't have to put up with the headaches.

I forgot to mention the terrible parking in my review (4/6/09). There are MAYBE 2 visitors spots per building. Your guests WILL be towed if they are not parked in a visitor's spot. It's AWFUL to find parking.

village green is in bad place to stay becasue they are pet friendly in the dog poo around there is gross it stanks real bad around there, the management especially cassie bullard is a racist that seem to target black american residents more harsh then white i thought this was 2009 we have a black president now to people considering village green please run away fast as you can
