I live in Village Green and I was looking at reviews for other places to move and thought, "Hey, I wonder what they say about where I live'" I'm stunned. Yes, I hear noise from neighbors and yeah, sometimes people are partying.... but it's a college apartment building! I party on Saturday too. If you have 2 kids or you work 3rd shift, this place probably isn't for you. Yes, there are no visitor spots, so if you have a party overnight you have to park around the corner. But on weeknights they don't check and last time I had a party people parked until 3am no problem. The maintenance people are nice, I think the staff at the office is great. Whenever I need printing or even a fax sent they are helpful. Yes, the buildings are thin-walled and I hear stuff, but that's what you pay for at this rate. Utilities included, internet included, cable included, free TV and furniture. It's worth it if you know what you're getting into.

You had a party until 3:00 AM knowing it would easily disturb your neighbors? What if your neighbors had things to do early that following morning? I have seen many college apartments but this one has the worst group of people living here where they do not give a damn at all about their neighbors. The "it-is-all-about-me" mentality of the majority of individuals residing here should keep serious-minded college students and young professionals away from this complex.
