I have lived at 3 other college apartments and by far this is the best place to live. The grounds are well kept and are always properly maintained. These apartments are also quiet unlike most students apartments I've lived at. It's reassuring to know when you just want to relax you will not have the misfortune of hearing random people yelling outside of your apartment and playing music all hours of the night. Everything's included with rent from utilities to even your furniture. So far i enjoy this place and recommend it to anyone, especially students.
