Definitely not the place to live. THESE PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO EVICT YOU! I live there for years with no problems and when the new management came along all hell broke lose. The maintenance staff are lazy and cannot repair things. The maintenance even left my door open. When I got home I called Trademarks and all he could tell me was sorry. This was a dangerous situation to be in. Someone could have been sitting in my apartment. It is not worth the prices they charge. I am at an apartment now down the street with a washer and dryer. Needless to say the prices are much cheaper.
