I am very disappointed. I did enjoy my first few years at this complex. I have been living here for 4 years. The first three were fine. The management was great. When the old management got bought out the new management for lack of better terms sucks. There has been nothing but problems since they took over. The complex looks dirty, there trash area is always full, the maintence is slow to fix things if they actually fix it, and the management is incompetent. The leasing agents never seem to have an answer and the manager is never present. The new clientele is a little less than desirable. I do not alwasy feel safe. The only good thing I can say for this complex is the layout of the apartment. Currently I am in the process of moving to another city due to a job change and they are unwilling to work with me on my lease. The only option is to sublet to someone else. The water bill just increased substaintially. I am now paying 35 more dollars in fees alone. That is more than I am paying for the water and sewer itself. This complex has drastically gone down hill since the new management took over. I will be very glad when my lease is over and I am done with this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone and most the people I know who live here moved out as quick as possible. Please look elsewhere if interested in this area. They are better complexes in the area.
