They will give you the business when you want to renew your lease. It does not matter that they will rent to a new tenant for hundreds less than they want to renew yours. They gaurantee that your rent will never go down. If you are resigning you are not eligble for the best offer they have at the time. They absolutely will try to nickel and dime you to death when you leave. They charge for everything. The carpet was very worn out and should have been replaced because of normal wear and tear. Instead they charged me to have it cleaned and patched even though I was the second tennant living in the apartment. There are better deals and apartments out there. Looks great on the outside, but very poor on the inside. I would agree with the other comments that the staff is very fake. However, they did work hard to resolve all issues I had with maintenance.
