They will raise your rent when it's time to move...even if you want to renew for another year

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I was very dissapointed after my one year lease, to find out that I would be getting a big raise in my rent, even though I wanted to renew for another year. The best they would offer me was a free carpet cleaning!! Very dissapointing.
