I lived in Wakefield Glen for a year -- just relocated in the past few weeks (8/03). I found the office staff to be pleasant, but not overly friendly. There was some confusion on my rent price (according to them), but I had a adding machine tape that verified what I was told that the rent would be.

Maintenance was somewhat slow to respond. Maintence men were not friendly at all. Had a problem with ants in my apartment, but several of my neighbors did, too. Monthly pest control didn't help (and that stopped abruptly a few months after I moved there.)

Parking got to be a headache. I was told that there was plenty of parking, but if I got home later than 9 on any night, I had to park way down the street.

Overall, I liked the apartment very much. It was spacious and the floorplan was pretty good. No problems with noise in my building. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
