Living here was not a good experience. We had to move from our first apartment here because the walls are so terrible, we couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. The second apartment was larger and an upstairs unit but we couldn't even vacuum (late in the morning) without the downstairs neighbor complaining about the noise. The quality of people allowed to rent here is awful. Rents seem to be set on a whim and when you talk to any of your neighbors (the ones you feel safe talking to), you learn everyone pays vastly different rent amounts for the same type units. When we'd had enough and decided not to renew, I expected to get our deposit back but instead got a bill for $25.00 because the carpet needed to be repaired!!! It was normal wear and tear!! Run as fast as you can from Wakefield Glen!
