The staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. Maintenance has always responded quickly. The rent is very reasonable and the interior of the apartment is plush. The pool is always very clean. For individuals that experience higher rates when the lease is up, should've tried paying rent on time. The entrance to the complex can be a bit dangerous, but you do have to slow down and use your blinker! My only complaint is that some residents drive entirely too fast.

Never was a day late, actually was usually a week early, but rent raised almost every renewal by hefty amount. Then found out I was paying $200 more for same floorplan as a couple of my neighbors and they wouldn't budge. I left promptly
