Be warned, the Connor Group is skewing the results. I uncovered on a previous post where an @rr.columbus.com email addy was used. Wh-- you google this handle, it is in fact the rr service for Columbus, OH (http://www.google.com/search'hl=--&q=@rr.columbus.com&---- I realize that there are other cities in the US named Columbus (i.e., GA,). I find it curious that Connor group is based and heavily repres--t in OH and a random, positive post shows up from an OHIO email handle. Quit being so sloppy and cover your tracks...of course, if you've ever se-- how they manage or destroy a property, much like Wakefield Gl--, you would understand this is just common business practice. Wakefield Plantation is a very afflu--t area in a growing part of Wake County -- -- not sure if the marekting professionals with Wakefield Gl-- or Connor Group understand the market. My suspicion is they have no clue the demographics of that market. If they understood the market, they certianly would understand that tacky, Walmart like signs covering a stately brick sign on falls of neuse rd is not the appropriate message to s--d, nor will it attract folks who can afford the r--tal rates.
I lived at Wakefield Gl-- while it was owned by Crosland and Connor group -- the managem--t styles were certianly differ--t. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Maybe people that are considering taking your review to heart should google your scre--ame, --------------------------------------?hl=--&q=--------&----&oq=&aqi= ) if we're going to go by what the internet says about things. I'm not so sure the results really help your credibility. You might want to be a little more careful with your e-footprint. And it is your "opinion" that the Connor Group is skewing the results. Do you have any more proof to support that statem--t than a single review with a Columbus email address?

My creditiblity is not what's in question here. I made an obseratvation related to the @rr.columbus.com e-mail handle. In googling that handle one finds many hits related to Columbus, OH -- a city within OH where Connor group has many properties and a the state where they are HQ'd. Those are simply facts, not opinions. Moreover, the tacky signs posted on Falls of Neuse Rd is a fact, not my opinon (well, maybe the tacky part, i guess that's relative). Prior to leaving Wakefield Gl--, I received a letter related to pool issues, again, fact, not opinon. Move out fees prior to move out -- fact, not opinon.
Having worked more than 8 years in a highly customer service ori--ted industry, I understand the differ--ce betwe-- pres--ting facts and opinons. For example, had I described the property manager as a stuck-up, snotty, don't bother me manager....that would be an opinion. However, if I state that I received a letter related to the conditition of the pool, that's a fact -- one that can be substantiated with the letter in hand.
Perhaps managem--t at Wakefield Gl-- should worry more about what they are doing onsite, than trying to inflate results on this forum. Morever, focus on what your resid--ts like and build on that. No, you are not going to make every resid--t happy all of the time, however, you should be able to please a majority of the resid--ts. My time at Wakefield Gl-- wasn't all bad, ev-- with Connor Group -- wh-- I called to have something fixed, it was done within 24 hrs. I will say they prob need to pressure wash the buildings. Most of the staff in the staff in the office were fri--dly (with the exception of the Property ---) --- this is an opinion. However, Wakefield Gl-- managed to ruin my opinion of them with the nasty letter s--t to me after move out.
