When my husband and I moved in last winter we were excited to move into such a nice place managed by a great staff who were easy to approach and very welcoming. The amenities were always updated and the complex grounds were always well kept which was the reputation this place always had. But since new management took over living in Wakefield Glen has not felt the same as it did on day one. Not only has the appearance of the apartment grounds deteriorated, the staff is not as friendly nor are they approachable. It seems like they are more concerned with brining in new residents than keeping the existing residents. Needless to say we do not plan on renewing our lease. If management, staff, and appearance is not important to you then this is a great place to live. The apartment floor plans are spacious and comfortable. However parking on the weekends tends to be overflowing as much as the trash dumptser.

Yes they are the Connor Group. Thank you for the heads up. Our contract ends soon and we did not renew so in a couple of months we are out of here!

You don't say, but if it is the Connor Group, that just took over, you should get out as fast as you can. Things will quickly go downhill. They run every property they have into the ground as fast as possible. Customer satisfaction is non-existent with this company. Google "Connor Group" to get a list of the apartments they own and search Apartment Ratings to find out for yourself what others think of this company.

I agree with all the above. The new owners are terrible, they dont care at all about the current tenants, only about bringing in the new ones. They advertise the apts as being luxury apartments and then they put up a huge tacky sign in the front of the complex as if it was located in the "hood" The garbage situation is a HUGE problem every week, it is not taken care of properly and they leave trash, broken items such as signs laying around for weeks and the fountain in the front took weeks to get fixed. So much for the "Luxury" apartments, far from it. I have seen an enormous decline in quality since the new owners took over. Dont move here until the Connor group moves out!!!!!
