The new owners are the worst. They will rip you off every chance they get. Even
the "new" water company is tied into them. Once you sign a lease or renew, your
water bill will double. They add on 3 or 4 items that were always included in your
lease and unfortunately you have to pay it. They do not care about customer
service, only about how much money they can scam from you. Don't move here, I cant
wait to leave. And please, somebody fire --------, she is so ignorant, she has no
customer service skills at all.

You are so full of crap. Every company does things differently and I for one have no issues with the changes. Yes our rent increased by $60, and yes the water bill went up which would have happened even if the old management company was still here. Change is part of life and you deal with it and move on. No other complex would be any different. If you want a place where the rent never changes then buy a house. Utilities on the other hand will always fluctuate no mater where you live so don't blame the management company for that.

Wrong!!!!!!! My rent only went up $15 per year, since I have lived here. The Conner group addmitted to me that they "had to make money", hence the increase. What do you think, I made up what was told to me!!! I have had a water bill for 25 years(probably older than you) and NEVER had a $20.00 increase so I dont know where you must have lived before but you need to wake up to reality and admit that you as well as all of Connor group renters are being ----- RIPPED OFF!!!! Why dont you read the other posters or read some postings from other Conner group apartments, then you'll see that you obviously live in a dream world, or at the least you have never lived in a place where honesty and integrity are the qualities the management live by. Oh and by the way, the country is in an economic recession, I guess you are not aware of that, but most people cannot afford all these increases and do have to move because of it, have a heart why dont you, some retirees live on fixed incomes etc, why dont you try to care a little bit more about your fellow neighbors before you go off about changing with the times ---- you the hell do you think you are telling people probably way older than you about change, grow up,

Yes, because your response is EXACTLY the way an intelligent "grown-up" would handle things. So either A) You're trying to sound older than you are because you have a grievance with the company or B) You're an idiot. Yes, the country's in a recession, but from your response I guess that recession shouldn't be felt in the pockets of the businesses. They should lose money because you can't afford a place? Crosland was losing money because they were only upping the rent $15 a year, even though with the current economy their costs were increasing, too, and that small a rent increase just wasn't enough. So they left, and new management came in. Now new management has to make up for the hole that Crosland put the place in. If you're having problems paying the rent, then move. People that are in a higher income bracket that can no longer afford where they're living because it's higher rent than Wakefield Glen will move into your old apartment. I'm sure they'd be grateful.
