We moved in last Aug. and loved the atmoshere. Our apartment has a golf course view and was always kept clean and nice. The grass was always mowed on Mon. There have been several times that I have walked outside and the grass is very overgrown. Also, I have had to wait and come back to throw out my trash bc it was so full. The same thing happened to me. The management said they were doing routine inspections and walked in with a lease! By the way I never even got a copy of my new lease! Our rent was upped as well. The next month I realized that our water company had changed. What?! They "claimed" we got a notice about this. I absolutely did not. The water bill is double. BF it was ever other month about $20 and now every month it's $20! I, too, experiened the whold exterminater problem. I was told they would come and never did. My apartment is still full of bugs. It's crazy! Our lease is up in Feb. and I don't even know if we'll wait that long.

The lawn care company is still here every Monday weather permitting. We renewed out lease yesterday and they came for the inspection and to let us know about the rate changes. I think it is a great idea that they come and look at the place so that we know people who are staying here are taking care of their place. It's the smart thing to do on their part and I would do the same if it were me.
