My family and I are so glad to be moving at the end of the year. We have lived at
Wakefield for a good little while now and this place is not worth the money. When we first moved in, this place was so nice. The office and maintenance staff were wonderful. Now there is a new management company and they don't know how to operate an apartment community. The Connor Group has no regard to customer service and maintaining a property. The one ammenity they have is never open. It's their swimming pool. During the peek season for residents to enjoy the pool with thier neighbors, and you can't even swim. There is never any signs posted where you can read them. They even leave the gates unlocked. You have to hear for the millionth time that the pool is closed from other resdients. Don't waste your time and money on this dump. You would think that the Connor Group would want to preserve such a beautiful property, but no they would rather hire one drunk maintenance man to do nothing but ride around on his golf cart and have two people in the office who do nothing but look at you when you come in. The grounds are horrible. The curb apeal is awful because the city is making a road right in front of the community. Dog poop is everywhere, and dogs are even in the pool area while it's closed and open. DISCUSTING... Bet the pool inspector would love to see that.

Wow, 9 years living at Wakefield and it only took alittle less than a year with the Connor Group and you are moving.
I feel the same way you do, cant wait to leave. Connor group is the worst, everything has gone downhill since they took over and the construction is a mess and is only going to get worse. Connor group doesnt care at all about the tenants, only how much money they can scam out of them.
Anyone thinking of moving to Wakefield Glen - DON'T
