Im truly astonished with the amount of bad reviews I am reading in reference to Wakefield Glenn. I have been a happy tenant of Wakefield for a year now and have no complaints at all. I am beginning to wonder if these remarks are intended for a different property. Wakefield Glenn is a beautiful, peaceful community with an outstanding staff.

This just proves my point. The office staff can't take the negative responses. They don't respond, they just add a new post and increase their rating. One year ago Wakefield Glen was at 88% and now it has gotten down to 31%. What is more likely, we are all wrong and the place is great or the office staff knows they are screwing up and trying to save face here. hmmm... If you move here, don't say we didn't try to warn you.

I have been here over 3 & 1/2 years and it has gone downhill after the 3rd year with the new management. The new maintenance guy is alot better that Scott, (drunk & riding around on the golf cart @ 11:30 at night for some reason, letting all his white trash friends in the pool!) but still needs to improve. We are outta here in Nov. moving into our new home with no screaming kids and no trash walking around all the time. I went to the mail box one evening and there was a group of black kids hanging out near there like they were downtown or something, thats another reason to get the hell out!!!
