This place is going down hill FAST! Recently the state inspector closed down the pool for its filth and lack of security. Someone was robbed in the business center by a tenant and the criminal is still allowed to live here. The backround checks they claim to make never happen. No references are ever checked. There are cars parked in the back from other developments and everyone in town uses the dumpster. After a year of a drunken super they finally fired him, he drove around the property drunk and the owners never took away his keys!! Save your money, keep looking elsewhere. The sales people are liars andoist nice ratings on this site...PATHETIC!!!

I'm glad I got out when I did. It will be intersting to go back and see how things are in a few years...they'll prob just bulldoze the place down and build townhouses or single family homes. Check out how many cragslist ads they post! It's a riot.
Be careful if you speak negatively of Wakefield Glen, there are many happy residents that still call Wakefield Glen Home...of course, they live in Columbus, OH.

A lot of negative things. I love the square footage of my 3 bdrm & having a garage. I also love the area. These are best qualilities. I've had several maintenance issues as well as being given misinformation by staff, basically lies from where I sit. Otherwise i've enjoyed living here. New saffron, horrible, rude, & prejudice behavior.
