This last e-mail comes from the office , because they do not worry about keeping the
folks that live here and the community problems .Instead of writting good reviwers about the community ,why they do not wast their time working for making the renters
happy and let the renters talk good think about the community .that's the best advertise,peoples mouth!! This place is going more than downhill with free rents and
no rules .Dog without leashes ,dirty pool , dirty gym, dirty bathroom in the office
and no polite customer services, I am not going to renew my lease here again .So after 4 years living here thats my opinion.So do a good surch before sign the lease here !

Great review and WELL put. I have been at the property for over 5 yrs and I couldn't have said it better myself. This place is a joke and anyone that would rent here and wanted a home, not a place of loud cars, partying, dirty facilities and liquor bottles on the parking lot, is crazy. At $599 to move in and a $1 deposit what can you expect. I am disgusted with the way the property has taken the worst turn and we can't wait to move out and stop pissing our money away!!
