I have lived here not quite a year and really enjoy this community. I renewed for next year. I have not experienced excessive noise. I have found the grounds to be clean and well kept. My interactions with the staff have been very good. I have found everyone to be responsive and kind. Whatever I have asked of them, they have followed through on or have told me when they can accomplish it. I'm grateful for sucha nice place to live.

I could write a long review filled with all my NEGATIVE experiences but all I will say is, $599 moves you in, and $1 deposit....are you kidding me, doesn't that say it all?!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone... I'd rather live in cardboard box in the bad section of Capital Blvd. The management is a joke, unprofessional and all they care about is making that $1 deposit. SO if you move in here, lock your cars, don't go out after dark, expect to trip on beer and liquor bottles in the parking lot, be woken by loud cars and riff-raff, and bring your $1.

I live in this community and have never experienced any of these things that ya'll are referring too. As far as the leasing office goes, if they want to keep any sanity they would not even attempt to look at this site. All this site is for is to stir up drama for people that have obviously nothing better to do with their free time. :)
