RUDE!!!!! THE CONNOR GROUP NEEDS TO GET THEIR ---- TOGETHER!!!

First off customer service wise....THERE IS NONE or atleast there wasn't until lately since ------ is now running the office. THANK GOD ------- (wicked witch of the west) is gone. If you have a problem go to ------ NOT --------. -------- is one of the rudest people alive. She speaks to the residents as if we owe HER something or we are beneath her. She's ALWAYS rude, insensitive, and will barely acknowledge you exist. If I spoke to my clients the way she speaks to the residents I would have been long fired by now!!!! Since --------------------- have taken over the maintance the property and requests are actually getting the attention that it needs.
