I would normally provide my name when completing a survey, however, the staff at Wakefield Glen would then ensure that they compound this already miserable experience. The staff and Property Manager, Sunnee, will greet you with a smile, but as a testament of my experience, and other tenants, everything changes once you sign the lease. In the end, they will nickel dime you for every little blemish...charging you for carpet cleaning, touch-ups, etc. One more thing, the carpet is extremely poor quality. My recommendation, stay away. The apartments and grounds look great from the outside, but take a closer look at the quality of the workmanship. Also, the tenants drive much to fast in a complex where the roads are extremely narrow...take a drive and see for yourself. Keep looking...don't make the same mistake I made.
