It is pretty before you sign on the dotted line. I was decieved, heard such lovely things, but that was probably just to get the referral bucks. I hate it. The ant infestation, the roaches, I should have known what was up when I found out that section 8 was accepted. They even get treated like trash. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here, don't waste your money or time. Please seek residency else where. The walls are as thin as tissue and it is quite annoying. There are nothing but children from one end of the complex to the other and the 10pm curfew is outrageous. The parents should control their kids not the Complex Management. It is also insane to pay this high rent and live in SouthEast Raleigh. Please, this area is not worth all of that. Please don't be fooled. The fees associated with rent are ridiculous and you are not given the 5 day grace period to pay your rent. If you don't pay it on the first, you are late and the fees kick in. Please don't create a headache for yourself. I am a current resident....Just Say NO!!!!!
