I have been a resident for four years and have had some issues with out of controll kids running wild with no sense of discipline, parents unable to controll them until new management stepped in the role to controll disruptive, unruly kids. Parents need to be held accountable for the actions of their kids, if it mean being fined for them disturbing their neighbors, throwing trash any and everywhere, vandalizing other residents property and unruly conduct! Don't blame management for you not doing your job in raising your kids to be great citizens. Although, the community accepts section 8, that don't mean that it is the hood! Maybe the one's that is complaining is the one's that is causing all the problems. Maybe the complainer have chosen the wrong place to live! Walnut Ridge community's management is trying to hold up the standards that was promised to the residents. Please don't be hating and downing management when parents you only have you and your kids to blame. I do want to thank you in advance for looking for you some else to call home. There is a reason why you chose Walnut Ridge, and you must remember that!!!!!
