I can't believe all the negative comments about this community. Yes, there are lots of children in the community but this is a four, three and two bedroom community what else would you expect. The children in this community are as out of control as the parents let them be. Management works hard to make this community safe, clean and a nice place to live. But they are working against people that just don't want to live nice. I see parents let their children drop trash on the ground and not pick it up. They let them stay out till 11:00PM when they know curfew is 10:00PM. Then when they get caught and they get a fine instead of the parent taking responsibly for what their child did, they chose to get mad at management. If you don't want your child to have a community curfew then move out of the community. If you don't want your child below the age of 16 to get kicked out of the pool then stop sending them when you know the rule is they have to have supervision. It really is not as hard as we try to make it but some people just don't want to have nothing and they don't want to see nobody else enjoying nothing nice either. Walnut Ridge is a good community and it has gotten better since some people have moved on. Management has a hard job and they are working hard to do it.

I agree that it is the parents responsibility to get a handle on their children. I also feel that management should be held accountable as well residents can only do what management allows them to do. I lived here for two years and have dealt with a lot of issuses regarding the kids in this community and I feel if you continue to have a problem with a particular family then that family should be put out of the community.
I pay too much in rent to deal with the ignorance of the folks in this community it is time for management to make it know this type of behavior is unacceptable and you must leave.

I think the community is getting better because some people are showing the young people that they care, It is sad to see so many adults put the children down, but will never try to lift them up. My wife and I have a group called (IP) Independent Person- Leaders producing Leaders! many of the Children have responded in a positive way, we think that if more adults would support the effort we can make this community a better and safer place for all.

i'm very interesting in moving into this community. the way i feel is it do not matter how everyone is living, you should ask yourself what is it that you can do to make this community a better place.
