I am a current resident and this place is not as good as I thought it would be. The children are noisy, people play loud music at all times of the night, there are no parking spaces after 6 pm (especially when there are 5 cars to one household; I had to park 3 buildings down from my building one night!) and the gate that is supposed to protect us is always broken. Maintenance takes forever to fix the smallest things and management does not step in to fix the problems. When the apartment building were being fixed they had the residents to go around the backside of the apartments where it was dark and the lighting was not well. I had to walk with my kids around the back at night because of my work schedule. This was not safe at all! Yes, those who have children are supposed to look after them, but management also shares a responsibility in keeping the place a livable place as well. The amount of money that my family pays is not worth the headache that we have had to deal with for the past two years. Management, you might as well be truthful about the apartment complex. I feel that the two lonely "yes'" in the rating of these apartments are probably from management posing as tenants to try to hoodwink the next person into living here. When are people really going to care about their customers and not look at it as "just a job"' I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a good neighborhood, with good people and respectful managers. This is not a family oriented place. I have spoken to those who lived here when it was first built and they say that it is nothing like it used to be.

Sorry, Walnut Ridge. Y'all dropped the ball on this one.
