Gated Ghetto

Allow me to start by saying that "Every Thing That's Sugar Coated AIN'T Sweet". I'm a resident on the way out the door after two short years. When my family moved in it was a nice, peaceful and an other wise pleasure to be here. We have to this day NEVER had problems with roaches nor ants. I feel like the integrity of the complex went to Hell in a hand basket when Mr. Huggins resigned. Though there are completely out of control children coming out the seams, cracks and walls it can't totally be blamed on management though management should enforce something stricter for the parents of the out of control kids and yes it is severly obvious that newer residents are Section 8 voucher holders and it's obvious b/c of their lack of respect and value for the community. There does seem to be a strong lack of communication amongst staff members and staff & residents. Though we are openly encouraged to voice our opinions little to no changes are being made. I would definately not encourage or/nor refer anyone to move in here unless they didn't have children and move to the bottom of the neighborhood. Maintenance could use some stepping up in the sense of hiring more help. In closing based on my overall experiences here at the Ridge I now consider this community a GATED GHETTO.
