Walnut Ridge Apartments

I lived here for 18 months and I thought it would be nice based on the first impression. Let me tell you, it was not. There was constant noise (and I have 3 kids so that's saying a lot). There was never any decent parking available and when I moved out they charged me for things that were not even true. I am now taking them to court to get my money back. The held my deposit and charged me etra money. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. You will regret it after the fact. It's not worth it.

This is so true. I moved in Walnut Ridge right after they were built the buildings were not even finished yet and with my first impression I thought it was going to be nice. That didn't last long. I moved out and the same happened with me they charged me for things that weren't true. They took my deposit as well and didn't even put it towards the charges. Unfortunately I couldn't afford to take them to court but i'm glad that someone is. I am no too surprised to hear that things haven't changed much.
