Living here is hell...bad kids, unenforced rules, and nasty residents. The grounds now look like a projects and most of the resident seem to think its the same based on how they leave trash etc. around. The office staff don't care. The staff there now are ALL lazy and inconsiderate including maintenance. And some of them are allowed to live her for free''' WTH' Residents are allowed to break rules over and over and over and over again. I think the staff is stealing money from Concord that they take for fake fees and I hear if you sleep with them you get free rent and somehow they can hide that in the system from Concord while putting others out. They make up their own increased fees and the gate is always open or broken.

I was there a year. In the begin they get you with the special. I moved in on a special of $850. And after being there 8 months I started having problems with water leakages, bugs and the noise. My car was damage and when brought to mgmt attention I was just brushed off. Feels like a Professional Prison with unlimited Visiting because the gate worked when it wanted to. Kids be out smoking dope in front of building and on playgrounds and mgmt wanted you to play cops by calling the police. The HNIC would ride around trying to enforce a curfew but can't enforce rule that can keep the community safe. Do your homework before moving in. Stay away from apartments that are HUD/ Income Basic . They can change the rent whenever they feel like. You have fees for use of on site gym and laundry. It's never enough parking spaces so get home before it get dark. Then you deal with the possible noise of the neighbor above you or below or maybe behind you with jumping, stomping or loud music all times of the night. An you can try to report it to the office the all say they will call that tenat. Do you homework. They don't care for the tenats they care just for the commission of keeping the apts filled.
