I?ve lived here for a year and a half. There?s rats in the drop-ceiling of the lobby(first floor only). Sometimes they die and the lobby stinks for a few months. The management seems ok, but they don?t go out of their way to help. Another annoyance(in addition to the rats) is the building?s bad plumbing which causes the water to be shut off occasionally. The high school down the street makes a bit of noise, but it is tolerable.



Other than that, the rent is good, the AC is cold(the heat is hot) and the neighbors are nice.
