Everything is good except for the A/C

its nice and quiet rooms are huge, management is pretty fast at repairing things.
It is an old building so you have to expect some things not to be modernly perfect (old timey closets, faucets)
The worst thing is the A/C. The main office has control over whether the A/C is on or the heat is on, you can control Hi Med Low. Doesnt sound so bad, BUT they do a horrible job of keeping the AC on at the right time. As we speak it is 70 degrees outside, it feels about 73-76 inside, and the A/C is at air temperature (not helping).
