Pros: spacey apartments with decent appliances

Cons: big spiders live in the old air conditioning ducts and come out at night. mold grows on the walls. Mold grows on the air conditioning vents. constant killing of mold. the smell of cigarette and pot smoke travels from apartment to apartment through the air conditioning vents. Single paned windows make for no heat retention in the winter. We had to move our bed to the center of the room to get it away from the freezing windows. The staff could care less about you. They truly don't care. Rental contract has fine print - watch out for the 60 days notice clause. You have to give two months' notice, or they charge you an extra month's rent. (Give a full month's notice, 45 days notice, 8 weeks notice, and they charge you an extra months rent.) Don't pay, and they send collection agencies after you.

Oh, and the wall heaters in the bathrooms constantly have a slight current running through them. You can hear the hum and feel the heat. Impossible to turn off. Fire Hazard. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
