Despite the seemingly nice looking entrance, west millbrook is a big facade...The management says they will help you, and yet fails to follow through. I.E. the rickety floorboards on the bridge which need to be replaced and nailed down, have not been attended to. Don't be fooled by the upgraded model- your apartment will most likely look nothing like that- ours had stains in the carpets and a moldy and rickety fridge that is bound to fall over someday, and a broken thermostat- ah home crap home. The complex is very poorly lit, and after a number of car break ins, and some unpleasant encounters with neighbors (very noisy, unpleasant, have-to-share-their-problems-with-the-entire- complex-scary: as in people yelling threats from their decks), i don't feel safe in this neighborhood at night or at any other time of day for that matter. It has definetely gone downhill, but i guess you get what you pay for. For the sake of your car and a good night's sleep look at other options before choosing west millbrook!
