This is NOT a safe, low crime apartment complex, unless rape and murder are safe and low crime to you. Check it out for yourselves - Julie Ann Bond was raped and murdered working out in the clubhouse. Management has changed the name to cover up the history. The Raleigh News and Observer has info in their archives. This didn't make me feel safe when I found out, and I found out from a co-worker (a news anchor at a local station I work with told me, she saw the place and new it was where Julie Ann was murdered). The leasing management has changed 5 times overe since I've been here and despite the homeys hanging around and partying every night, there is still no on-site security. None. The apartment is also run down, old carpet, leaking roof (I live on the BOTTOM floor) very slo to none at all response to maintenance calls. No one is willing to do you any favors here, everyone is very defensive. Do not move here. You might not pay a lot of money, but you'll pay with the awful service and unsavory, NOISY neighbors.

I tired to look up the history of this apartment complex in the News and Observer, I could not find it. I would like to know more since a very close friend off mines is living there at the present moment and did not know herself
