First of all, I have to admit that a lot of the complaints I've read in the other reviews are accurate. This apartment complex is not one of the best in the area, and could certainly use a lot of improvements, namely, a better class of tenants. Having said that, I appreciate the diversity I've seen in terms of different races and ethnicities. There is a large Hispanic population, but they are not all beer drinking, loiters.
I have noticed that some areas of the complex are nicer than others, which leads me to believe that there is some profiling in apartment assignments. For example, in my section I've noticed that there is an exceptionally high turnover rate, particularly in one building. Does management assign all "hort leases", and questionable people in that building' Hmmmmmmm. Can I live with this' Maybe. In four years, I have had my share of frustrations, but I don't think I could find a better location at the current rental rate I'm paying, which is unbelievably low (I received a $200.00 reduction in rent this year-probably as an enticement not to leave). However, my time here is soon coming to a close, as I am now nearly able to afford a home since I've been able to save so much on rent. It's not Pleasantville, but if you can tolerate a little inconvenience for the sake of something better in the future, I think it's worth it. If you have a complaint, contact management and make them do something about it. That's their job.

this person is full of crap because: My husband and I have lived here 13 years year after year watched these apartments go from beautiful neighborhood with caring management to slumlords of the ghetto. i wouldn't recommend these for your animal to live in! Ever been to the trash dump? if not visit it at these apartments. want something done to make things better here? ain't flippin happening (ever i might add).

I do not agree with the main review. Rent is down everywhere not just here, the difference is this place just doesnt seem to care, not even a little, about the people living here and anything that happens. Sure, contact management and ask them to fix something: requests are ignored in the order they are received.
