Management doesnt know what they are doing, the apartments leak your heat and AC like a siv, aparently they allow about 20 people to share a two bedroom (20 of the loudest of them live above me), I have received notice that my contract was written wrong and I have to pay additional fees every month, watch out for people speeding around the curves of every lot going somewhere around sixty, the grounds are host to frequent and noisy groups partying next to (and sometimes on top of) your car, just about everything in the place is broken and maintenence cant seem to fix it.

The only good things I can say is trash bins are located everywhere nearby and I always found a parking spot not too far from my block, though I often considered parking out in the middle of nowhere due to the groups that hang out near them. Especially after my car antenna was broken off and my roommate and I had suspicions of gas being syphoned from our tanks.

I could say more, but I think I touched on all the basics. For your money you can find a much better place, keep looking and do not stop or even consider here. I will be leaving ASAP. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
