I lived here for some time. Not safe - had notes left on the door about robberies in the parking lot and break-ins are regular occurance to cars and apartments. Managemant is dishonest. Actually forged the amount on one of my rent checks and denied it even though it was cashed for a different amount than my carbon copy. Office turned of my power after I moved in. They put it in back in their name and turned it off. Then had the nerve to tell me to pay the reconnection fee. They are clueless. Cinco de Mayo everyday. Many items came up missing when maintenance came in to "work". The management suggested it was my friends who stole them. Filed I don't know how many noise complaints and manager said noise didn't bother him. Railing fell off second story porch. Loose steps. Trash everywhere. I think you get the point. Broke lease it was so horrible and will not ever give them a dime.

Cinco de Mayo everyday. Amen to that. I am getting ready to break my lease too. Let them sue me because I had rather have bad credit and be alive then to die here in this gang infested hellhole. Good for you!!!
