I'VE LIVED IN WESTMILLBROOK APT FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS. AT FIRST IT WAS GREAT, BUT THEN MY APARTMENT STARTED TO FALL APART, AND ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE WHO LIVED BY ME STARTED TO LEAVE. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY JUST LET ANYONE LIVE OVER HERE KNOW. THE WALLS ARE TO THIN YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING ANYONE DOES. MY CEILING HAS HAD MAJOR LEAKS IN THE BATHROOM, BEDROOM, AND KITCHEN. WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN IT LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING HAD HARVESTED EGGS IN MY REFRIGERATOR, I QUICKLY REQUESTED A BRAND NEW ONE, AND THERE HAVE BEEN LOTS OF CAR BREAK-INS. NOT THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE!!!

This is something renters must understand and at sometime expect. When apartments are plentiful, companies will rent to anyone just to get their buildings full. They don't really care about the type of people they move in, as long as they can pay the rent and pay it on time.I have seen where the first two months are FREE...now what type of person can turn that down? Hell, they got two months to get together their rent. Now, what about the people who did not get this, and move in paying security, first month rent and are pretty professional people? They really think that the company would be selective on who they rent to. THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR! It's just the chance you take when you rent, unless you rent in a very high rent district...where not everyone can afford the rent and I have only seen that in very large cities...like upper East Manhattan!
