I live on the first floor, on the corner. The people above me are noisy all day, all night, no respect to people around them, and they all can't be on the lease. Management won't do anything about the green sidewalk, nor about the noise level, nor about the abandoned broke down cars in the parking lot. Once there was a old broke down city bus in the parking lot for a while. When I first moved in they tried to charge me for about 14 or 15 hundred gallons of water every month. That went on for about a yr. I could go on and on.................

You know, I currently live in West Millbrook. And I have to comment about the water. There's a family of 5 who live across the street who comes up to about 15-20 dollars a month for water. While my brother (roomate) and I, get charged 40. West Millbrook is retarded
