we lived at west millbrook for less than a year and broke our lease it was so bad.

even with two big dogs i felt unsafe walking on the property - especially at night. it was poorly lit and they let anyone live there - criminal record, illegal aliens, you name it! i was threatened behind my building and even after a drunk driver hit our car they still refused to let us out of our lease. slimeball management for sure.

it was a constant fiesta in the parking lot with people drinking and leaving their chicken bones all over the yard.

we were fortunate enough to have moved into a freshly painted and newly carpeted unit but the safety issues far outweighed any new paint.

if you value your safety (and the safety of your property) don't move here.

if you're a thief, rapist, illegal, or drug dearler - come on in!

Auto accidents are not a reason to terminate a contract, as they can happen anywhere. It was unfortunate, however the person was not a resident and we have no way of controlling these types of incidents. As for you comment on allowing thieves, rapists or drug dealers, I believe we have one of the highest criminal standards as a company. We do not accept any felonies and deny most misdemeanors as well. This accusation is completely without merit.

This response is completely false I have a good friend who got into trouble when he was younger and got a felony on his record. He lived there and he informed them of this. However, West Millbrook is completley unsafe he had papers posted on his door by staff informing him there were break-ins in several apartments and to watch for unusual activity. Also I believe papers informing him about people being stuck up and robbed in the parking lot. There is no denying it if you're a thief, rapist, illegal, or drug dearler - come on in!

There is nothing false about that report. I am reporting them to the housing authority right now for letting so many people live in one apartment. They hang out in the parking lot eating and drinking until 11 am. Ghetto for sure..... management could care less they just want that rent. If you complain they don't do a thing. Manager is a big wimp.
