I'm so glad this part of my life is over, oh wait it's not I have creditors calling me everyday. I used to live at West Millbrook in 2006 for the longest six months of my life, it was my fiance, myself and our two year old. We moved out early due to the fact that there was bugs(roaches) everywhere, even when your sleeping you will see them crawling up the wall and even trying to crawl on you. NASTY!! Not to mention there was a "squirrel" scraching away above our bed. So now they're trying to make us pay because we moved out early. Here's a little word to the wise make copies of EVERYTHING all the pest and maintanence calls, because what they're doing with us is their saying that they don't show any record of these calls. They've changed there name over six times..now they're Mission Millbrook. Don't let the pool and playground fool you. But if you are brave enough to rent from these people then make sure you check out the apartment that you will be renting not just the model. They like to show you the model and tell you that the apartment that they talked you into and the one you wanted is not "ready" would you mind taking another one and they will knock off some of your rent, yeah they make it sound nice, but take a look for yourself.

You review is so true, it kinds sounds like my situation am in now, You can read my review is called the "All the dreadful review are true". I have not moved my stuff in and am not going to, I just got the keys 4 days ago on a fri. Soon as I seen my apt on Mon Morning I ask for my money back am breaking my lease already. Of course they won't give me my money back. And I got a baby on the way due next month.

This is exactly what happened to me. They told me that they didn't have one for me to see and showed me a really nice model. After I signed the lease it was horrible and looked nothing like the model. Besides...I had two families living in a one bedroom beside me with six children. They told me that only one family was on the lease and I couldn't prove they lived there. These people are so nice until you sign that lease and then they treat you horrible. I am seeking legal advice to get out of my lease for fear of my life. It is that bad.
