I thought some people wrote bad review b/c they had a bad experience, which does not necessary make it, a bad place. BUT this place is exactly what every one say s. Like some people said in there reviews they where not able to see there actually apt b/c it was not ready. The same situation happened to me, and I thought b/c I didn t just see a model but I saw an actually apt that some one was about to move into, and it looked descent. It was the same floor plan as mine and up graded as mine. The only problem was that is was not mine. But I thought mines would have looked descent as that one did to.
I was wrong I was able to see the apartment the day I turned in all my deposit and fee s then I got the keys. Make a long story short; the kitchen was full of dead and alive ROACHES. I told the leasing office basically what the manager said her self since I signed my lease already there is nothing she can do about it. But she ll have the exterminators spray and that should take care of then problem. Oh Hell no it won t and I have a baby on the way. Any one looking to lease here even if it a short term lease BEWARE, and think twice this place does not just have a little bit but infested with roaches. So if you can stand it, you can spray and bomb your apt all you want and inhale those chemical is not wroth it. More then likely the Neighbor on the right, left, above or below you already has them. And you re not going to stop getting them. There now called Mission Millbrook

I feel so sorry for that lady going to have a baby. This rental is no different than most of them because they all are nice when you sign the lease and then you are stuck with the roaches, etc. This one may be worse. Take my word for it I will never live there. I was just checking the reviews and now I am convinced. It sounds plain old disgusting. Just to let you know that the roaches grow in the walls and you will never kill them. Nice.
