Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Cheap, near NCSU, excelent staff, and besides the fact that the apartments are a little bit old, this doesn't affect their overall service. Problems: no gym, no pool, no car facility, no fireplace. But it pays its price. Lets see how the NCState University Housing Department will lead it (they just bought from the old owner).
