	Cheap, near NCSU, excelent staff, and besides the fact that the apartments are a little bit old, this doesn't affect their overall service. Problems: no gym, no pool, no car facility, no fireplace. But it pays its price. Lets see ... more

	Location... This apartment complex is close to campus and most tennants are University students or staff. Lots of mature trees. No crime here that I know of.
