I was hoping with the "onsite security" and locking lobby that this place would not be so bad. The manager is not friendly unless you pass her as she is escorting a potential tenant. Other members of the staff are nice though but still!

I agree with the previous post: there are often unusual characters hanging around the door after dark often trying to get in without an access card...security' not there to assist.

The parking lot is relatively dark in the evenings when I am coming to the building. There are people who stand out in the parking lot and yell up at their friends.

The laundry room is dirty. I think the rooms are overpriced for what you are offered.

I would not recommend this community - to ANYONE.
